Smelling the Roses

One thing Al and I do, it take time to “smell the roses.”

We took a little drive yesterday around town to look at all the pretty spring blooms.

Here is a little of what we saw.

The Azaleas are starting to get real pretty.

We haven’t figured out what exactly this is, but isn’t it beautiful?

Karen, your pictures are awesome - love the flowers, trees, birds, and cat pics! Have been so busy getting ready for our exchange student from Brazil. Today he arrived and what a delightful day we've had getting to know him. He's a chip off the old block - just like his dad - whom we hosted about 30 years ago. Spring is in the air, for sure! Back at ya - It has been a great first week with our exchange student. We've doing Skype with his family back home. Also, his family is coming here for a surprise visit in the beginning of May. Can't wait!
